We are a group of friendly and welcoming people focused on honing our game and skills and helping you build yours! We offer a complete MMA program and are the only place in Connecticut to offer authentic Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We are proud members of the Renzo Gracie team and family; home to 3 UFC champions, 2 current and many more Pro MMA athletes. We are also the home of countless Jiu-Jitsu World Champions. Our vast network of resources allow us to help students with whatever their personal goals are in Jiu Jitsu.
